Ordering- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day 7 days a week on our website using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Paypal. Orders by phone can be placed 7 days a week from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Be sure to leave a message if no one answers and we will call you back.

 

Delivery Area - Current delivery area is Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Enumclaw, Buckley, Orting and parts of Puyallup and Auburn. Please see our Delivery Area link to the right for details. Special arrangements can be made for orders outside of the current delivery areas through customer service.

 

Returns - If you are unhappy with a product, returns will be granted within 2 weeks of purchase for store credit only unless otherwise guaranteed by the manufacturer. Please call or email customer service to make arrangements. 

 

Payment Method - We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal through our shopping cart. Special payment arrangements can be made through customer service (i.e. faxed orders).

 

Backorder - In the event that an item is not available, you will be notified by email of the approximate delivery date. At that time you may choose to cancel your order with full reimbursement.
